The Logistics Valley serves as a direct backup for the Port of Gdynia. The attractive investment area is located at the intersection of strategic – existent and potential – routes: important communication links.
Seaside Service Area NORDA is composed of 11 cities and communes (cities of Gdynia, Kosakowo, Puck, Władysławowo, Jastarnia, Hel and communes of Krokowa, Choczewo, Wicko and Puck), closely cooperating with one another for the common harmonious development, including elimination of seasonal changes in economy of seaside regions and creation of new jobs.
Gdynia – a city which from the very beginning has been a Polish window to the world and a centre of all Polish maritime international contacts – provides its attractive investment areas. But location is not everything. Although investors consider location as their first criterion for investment, good general investment climate is also necessary.
